shipping & returns information

Please note that we strive to do our very best to ensure that you receive your orders as fast as we can; however, due to supply chain issues and shipping delays, the delivery of items cannot be guaranteed to arrive within the typical time frame of 8 to 10 business days. We apologize for any issue this may cause.
Note the following information regarding shipping and returns (if not stated in the product description).
Every product is printed when ordered. This adds time to shipping and delivery. We try our very best to get your purchase to you as fast a we can. Items typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days.
Original art, customized art work and limited edition prints (with or without framing) takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks to fulfill. Upon placing your order for an original or limited edition print, the turn around time for completion and shipping will be provided to you via email. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges of any customized work and special edition prints (with or without framing). Special considerations are provided for original artwork and for artwork that arrives damaged (due to shipping) within 30 days. If you receive a damaged artwork, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that proof of damage from shipping must be provided.
Due to custom printing, there are no returns or refunds. Exchanges are only allowed for misprinted, damaged or defective items. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products you receive with your order, please take a picture of the item and send it along with a detailed description to email@example.com.
